The belt loop program is not in your handbook. This program is available to all Cub Scout ranks, and should be done with an adult partner. If you are involved in an organized sport league such as soccer or bowling you have probably completed all the requirements for that particular sport. Pack 421 only awards a belt loop once.

Certain beltloops are also a requirement for several Webelos activity pins. Even if you earned it as a Wolf you must repeat the beltloop requirements to earn Webelos credit.
